Our Story
How zynfo.ai came to be and where we're headed
The Idea (February 2025)
zynfo.ai was born from a simple observation: businesses needed AI chatbots but existing solutions were either too complex or too expensive. We started with a vision to make AI-powered customer support accessible to everyone.
Early Development (March 2025)
We built our first prototype, focusing on core features: website integration, basic AI responses, and simple knowledge base connections. The goal was to create something that "just works" without technical complexity.
Beta Launch (August 2025)
We opened our beta program to a small group of early adopters. The feedback was incredible - businesses loved how easy it was to connect their existing knowledge sources (websites) to get instant AI responses.
Growing Fast (August 2025 - Present)
Our beta community is growing rapidly. We're adding new integrations (file uploads, Notion docs, Confluence docs etc.) and improving our AI based on real user feedback. Every day, we're learning how to make AI chatbots even more powerful and easier to use.
What's Next (2025 & Beyond)
We're just getting started. Our roadmap includes advanced AI features, more integrations, and scaling to serve thousands of businesses. The future of customer support is AI-powered, and we're building the platform to make it happen.
